Welcome to the Crooked Crow Sisters!
Hi! I am Dr. Wendy Crook-Abel. A clinical psychologist by trade, but mostly a passionate quilter/sewist/weaver/spinner/jewelry artist, and indie dyer. I consider hobbies to be like a collection of bright, shiny objects. And I love bright, shiny objects. Kind of like a crow!
I am passionate about teaching others to love their hobbies as much as I do. I have classes offered that I am happy to teach at a local quilt shop or a guild. Moving forward, I plan to have classes on-line.
I will also post blogs and tutorials on many craft topics. That could be sewing, embroidering, quilting, weaving, spinning, …you get the picture.
More is planned for this site, including items for sale, such as hand-dyed fabric for quilting and sewing as well as hand-dyed fibers, for spinning, weaving and embroidery.
